Placed an order for the full kit with some light modifications, got a proof before I knew it and wanted to make a couple more changes, dealt with Sam who was more than understanding and got me squared away. I emailed Sam a couple more times about adding some extra stuff to my order after the fact and he handled everything right through email and just sent me an invoice instead of redirecting me to the site with a link. If that’s not some one on one customer service I’m not sure what is! These guys have earned my business over years with DeCal Works. Oh and the quality of the kit was spot on. But the customer service alone deserves giving this company a shot
