How do I place an Order?
From the Shop menu, you can select your required category and view our range of products and designs. Once you have filled in any custom details, add your item to the cart and proceed through checkout.
How long until I receive my order?
Current Production Turnaround Times on all custom orders (Graphics & Jersey Prints) is approximately 7-10 Business Days.
NOTE: PRODUCTION TIME refers to the timeframe where the order is being CREATED (Designed and manufactured) Shipping delivery times are not included in this timeframe and will vary based off shipping destination.
Do you Ship to my Country?
We offer FREE Standard Worldwide Shipping on orders over $150! (Excludes Plastic Kit Orders)
Can you send me a picture of my graphics before you print?
Yes! Simply select ‘Yes’ on the Design Proof option on the order page. We will then email you a design example to make any changes prior to printing. 2 Free Design Proofs are included with each order.
Please note, given the amount of time that goes into designing custom graphics, we do not design or proof anything until an order is officially placed and paid for.
What happens if I need more than 2 proofs?
All orders include 2 Free Proofs (of the same base design). If you have excess changes you would like to make, thats okay! Each proof from there on is $10 each to cover the additional design time spent on the order.
Can I change a design shown on your site?
Yes! You can list any Logo, Design, Color changes and alterations in the Logos and More Info boxes. We cannot print any energy drink logos such as Red Bull or Monster Energy.
Had a last minute change of plans and wish to cancel your order? Email [email protected] before your order has been designed and we can simply cancel your order and refund you in full!
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been designed (but not yet printed), this will incur a $30 design fee to cover the time that was spent designing your order before it was cancelled.
Please Note: Orders can NOT be cancelled after they have been sent to print.
What happens if I order Graphics and a Seat Cover?
When Seat Covers are purchased with Custom Graphics, we order your cover at the time of order. Due to the longer production time of Seat Covers, we will typically ship your Graphics from our shop first and the seat cover separately, direct from the manufacturer to you. (Orders within the US only)
What if i’m an International Customer?
Orders over $150 qualify for Free International Shipping (Excludes Plastic Kit Orders) In the case where a Custom Seat Cover has been added to a Graphics order, we will have the Seat Cover shipped from the manufacturer to our shop so that we can ship the whole order in 1 package directly to you.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Due to the amount of information needed for custom products, the easiest and quickest way to order is through our website. If you have any issues shopping online email us at [email protected]
How Do I Track My Order?
Generally email proofing is within 2-5 working days of order, and printing and shipping 3-5 days from artwork approval. Tracking will be emailed upon shipping your product. To speed up your order, please only email us for status updates if it has been longer than the listed turn around times.

Shipping & Returns
You may return defective products within 30 days for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that we cannot accept returns on any custom printed products for any reason other than production flaws. Please make sure you double check your order form before placing your order as it will be printed with the exact color choices, race number, spelling and logos that you specified. Once your order is printed no changes can be made.
If you are returning a product for a refund you should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of shipping the product back to us. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).

Typical transit times are shown on the map below. After your order is placed there is generally a 3-7 day production period before your order ships. Most orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and UPS.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Over sized shipments like complete plastic kits do not qualify for free shipping promotions.
